Our tone of voice guidelines help us speak to users in one consistent voice. However, there are times when your tone might not be quite the same depending on the situation - and that's okay 👍

Tone of voice will change slightly depending on:

  • Where people are at in their journey
  • Their emotional state at that moment
  • The product or property you are writing for
